INGREDIENTS

  • 75 g (2 tbsp. full) cottage cheese/curd cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 g (2 tbsp) white flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 45 g (1 and 1/2 tbsp) tomato sauce
  • 50 g (4-5 pieces) ham
  • 30 g mozzarella

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Mix the eggs, cottage cheese, flour and spices.
  2. Place the mixture on baking paper in a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Once you have cooked the pizza crust, spread it with the tomato sauce and distribute the ham and mozzarella.
  4. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. Additionally, you can add fresh vegetables such as: tomato, spinach, pepper, mushrooms.
