You can book a dietary consultation via the website and the “Book an Appointment” service.

The initial dietary consultation lasts 60 minutes. It includes a discussion of your anthropometric measurements (e.g. height, weight) and a calculation of your body mass index (BMI), your food diary (portion sizes, types of food, eating patterns, preferred cooking methods, access to food, etc.), your past and present medical history, family history, current laboratory tests (if applicable), environmental factors and your social life. SMART goals will be established, focusing on specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound objectives. At the end of this consultation, we will work with you to create an action plan tailored to your specific needs and wishes.

After successfully booking and paying for your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email as well as information about your consultation. It will also include a link to your appointment, which will take place via the Zoom online platform.

The nutrition guide is tailored to your individual needs and health condition. During your primary dietetic consultation, you will have time to discuss the details of building a diet with your Dietitian. Your diet will be based on the information you shared during your consultation, a food diary and an additional questionnaire you completed.

It is advisable to have the following before the primary consultation recent blood tests, as they help to more accurately assess your metabolic and hormonal status and allow more precise recommendations.

It is good to have data on the following indicators:

  • Blood sugar

  • Insulin

  • HbA1c

  • TSH

  • FT3

  • FT4

  • Anti-TPO

  • Vitamin D

  • Iron

  • Total cholesterol

  • LDL cholesterol

If you already have research done in the last 3-6 months, you usually do not need to repeat them - it is enough to discuss them during the consultation.
