Cookies with chocolate

An easy and healthy recipe for chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

Dry ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups oats, ground
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup cocoa paste / chopped dark chocolate / dark chocolate drops
Wet ingredients:
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup organic brown sugar/honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method of preparation

Turn the oven to 180°C. Mix separately all wet and all dry ingredients. Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until homogeneous. Shape into small cookies and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for about 12 minutes in a preheated oven.
