Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups oats, ground
- 1 cup coconut flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup cocoa paste / chopped dark chocolate / dark chocolate drops
Wet ingredients:
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1 cup organic brown sugar/honey
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method of preparation
Turn the oven to 180°C. Mix separately all wet and all dry ingredients. Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until homogeneous. Shape into small cookies and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for about 12 minutes in a preheated oven.
