Cream soup of sweet potato, carrots and turmeric

I present to you a recipe for a delicious cream soup of sweet potato, carrots and turmeric.

Suitable for people with:
- lactose intolerance
- gluten intolerance/celiac disease
- allergy to soy, nuts, peanuts lupin, eggs
- adhering to a vegetarian diet

Products:
- 1 sweet potato 
- 2-3 carrots
- garlic clove 
- sunflower oil or lard or ghee
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- salt and pepper 

Preparation:
1. Cut the sweet potato and the carrots into small cubes.
2. Heat the lard of your choice in the cooking pot and place the vegetables in it along with the garlic clove for about 5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with turmeric, salt and pepper; mix well and pour water.
4. Boil for about 20 minutes. All vegetables should soften nicely.
5. Let the cream soup cool slightly before blending.

Addendum:
Sprinkle with your favorite cheese or cottage cheese.
