Ingredients:
150g oat bran
60g Brazil nuts
60g walnuts
60g hazelnuts
60g pine nuts
60g pumpkin seeds
50g orange peel
50g raisins
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup melted coconut oil or other vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup honey or agave syrup

Preparation:
1. Cut all the nuts into small pieces (you can also use a blender).
2. Mix the chopped nuts with the orange zest, raisins, honey/agave, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and vegetable oil in a bowl and stir.
3. Place them in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 160-180 degrees. Then you can enjoy your fragrant baked granola!
