Chocolate mousse with bananas and granola

This chocolate mousse is a recipe I often experiment with and I always like the result.

Main ingredients:
- 50g oat kernels
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 50g granola
- 50-80ml vegetable milk (oat, almond or other)
- 1 banana
- choco cream

For the choco cream:
Option 1 - 1/2 avocado + 1 tsp cocoa + 3-4 dates soaked in water
Variant 2 - Greek yoghurt + 1/2 banana + 1 tsp cocoa + 3-4 dates soaked in water

Preparation:
1. Boil the oats, cocoa and milk for 5-8 minutes in a small pot until the nuts swell and absorb some of the milk. Set this mixture aside to cool.
2. When the mixture cools in a small glass / bowl layer: bananas / oatmeal / granola / chocolate cream
3. The finished mousse is left in the fridge and after an hour or two or in the morning you can enjoy it.

How do you turn this recipe into a GLUTEN FREE one?

Oats themselves do not contain gluten, but very often during production so-called 'cross contamination' can occur, where oat bran turns into gluten containing oats.

How to find gluten-free oats?
When buying oats, just read the packaging carefully, where it should explicitly state "GLUTEN FREE".
