Products needed:
70 g oat flour
2 tbsp cocoa butter
100 g dates
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 packet cooking chocolate (Lindt)
Preparation:
1. Mix the oat flour with 1 tbsp cocoa butter. If necessary, you can add a little water. When the mixture is ready, place it in a baking dish and set aside.
2. Blend the dates with the cocoa powder and apply the next layer to your bars in the tray.
3. Melt the chocolate in a water bath with 1 tbsp cocoa butter.
4. Slice the bars and dip them in the melted chocolate; then let them firm up in a cool place.
Tips: Be sure to put cooking paper in the pan before you start applying the products. This will make it easier to get the mixture out for the bars. You can also use coconut oil instead of cocoa butter.
