The primary dietetic consultation lasts 60min/90min. It includes a discussion of your anthropometric measures (e.g. height, weight) and calculation of your body mass index (BMI), your food diary (portions, food types, eating patterns, preferred cooking methods, food access, etc.), your past and current medical history, family history, current laboratory tests (if applicable), environmental factors, and your social life.
