The consumer has the right to unconditionally withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without paying any costs, except for delivery costs in the event that the consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the standard cheapest for the trader, as well as the cost of returning the goods back.

The 14-day period starts from the date of:

• conclusion of the contract - in the case of a contract for services;
• acceptance of the goods by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier

Within 14 days after the stated wish to withdraw from the contract, the consumer must return the goods to the trader. Within 14 days from the date on which the consumer was notified of the decision to withdraw from the contract, the trader shall refund all sums received from the consumer, including the cost of delivery.
